The Vu Lan festival serves as a profound reminder to repay and honor the deep debts of gratitude we owe to our parents, our ancestors, and the venerable monks and nuns. Through acts of kindness, vegetarian devotion, the accumulation of merit, and the solemn adornment of ancestral altars, we send forth these blessings of virtue and grace to those who have shown us kindness in this life, letting the radiant heart of the Buddha shine forth everywhere.
