THE DHARMA WHEEL TURNS - THE MIND FINDS STILLNESS - WISDOM'S LIGHT SHINES FORTH - MAY ALL BE AT PEACE!
In the eternal flow of time, there are moments that become everlasting milestones, lighting the way for humanity on its journey toward peace and liberation. One such great event is the Day the Buddha Turned the Wheel of Dharma – the day Shakyamuni Buddha first delivered his teachings, opening the path of enlightenment for all beings.
The Day the Buddha Turned the Wheel of Dharma marks not only the first time the Buddha taught the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path – the fundamental teachings that help sentient beings recognize suffering, its causes, the means to end it, and the path leading to liberation.
This was also the moment that marked the founding of the Triple Gem: Buddha – Dharma – Sangha, laying a firm foundation for Buddhism in this world. This event affirms the supreme role of the Dharma – the Buddha's teachings – as the guiding compass and the lamp of wisdom that dispels ignorance.
In celebration of the Day the Buddha Turned the Wheel of Dharma, Diệu Tướng Am respectfully wishes all Venerable Monks and Nuns, devoted Buddhists, and valued customers:
