With the belief that every worship item carries a blessed connection, Diệu Tướng Am has established a transparent and flexible exchange–return policy to give Customers complete peace of mind when choosing and enshrining their items.

I. EXCHANGE–RETURN TIME FRAME

1. Orders purchased directly at the showroom

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Orders purchased through online channels

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the product.

II. PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE–RETURN

• To ensure a smooth and prompt exchange–return process, please make sure that:
• The product remains in its original condition, with no scratches, cracks, or damage.
• The product has not been modified or technically altered in any way.
• All accessories and accompanying items (if any) are complete, clean, and undamaged.
• The product does not fall under the categories excluded from exchange–return (as specified in Section IV).

III. EXCHANGE POLICY BY PURCHASE METHOD

1. Orders purchased at the showroom / paid in-store

• Please bring along the receipt or invoice provided by Diệu Tướng Am.
• The product may be exchanged at any Diệu Tướng Am showroom nationwide.

2. Orders purchased through the Online Store

• Online orders can be exchanged directly at the showroom.
• Customers may exchange for a different product, size, or color (depending on actual availability in-store).
• When making an exchange, the return slip included in the package is required.

IV. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE–RETURN

• Diệu Tướng Am regrets that exchanges and returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
• The product has been scratched, cracked, damaged, soiled, or has an unusual odor.
• The product has been modified or altered from its original condition.
• The product is missing accessories, or the accessories are damaged or soiled.
